Dr. Jeffrey Hermen, DDS

Today, Dr. Hermen has 30+ years of experience in the dental field and is passionate about helping enhance his patients’ lives by improving their oral health. He takes the time to get to know people and their unique goals and concerns, and enjoys establishing lasting relationships with generations of families.

Dr. Hermen’s interest in healthcare started in his youth when he faced some pretty complicated dental concerns himself. He had a bite misalignment, cavities, and other concerns that required 5 years of orthodontic treatment, which led to a lifelong fascination with oral healthcare.

However, Dr. Hermen didn’t originally set out to become a dentist. His family has a history of working in the oil business, so it seemed natural for him to begin working initially as a landman. Even then, he continued to think about oral healthcare, so he decided to attend dental school and didn’t look back!

Since then, Dr. Herman has earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry and remains committed to continuing education opportunities to hone his skills. Today, he has completed additional training in various topics, including cosmetics and orthodontics, and is a Invisalign Certified Provider.

When he’s not in the office helping protect and preserve you and your family’s smiles near Lake Hefner, you can find Dr. Hermen spending time with his wife or enjoying the great outdoors. He enjoys hiking in the mountains, snow skiing, fly fishing, and oil painting to escape from daily pressures.

Dr. Ali Rahill, DMD

Unlike Dr. Hermen, Dr. Ali has known from a young age that she wanted to become a dentist. Her passion for dental health began with her father, who was also a dentist. She enjoyed watching him work and saw the value of helping improve patients’ lives, and wanted to pursue a career that allowed her to combine her passion for artistry and science to help others.

She began her education at the University of Oklahoma then earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Upon earning her advanced degree, Dr. Ali then completed a one-year residency at the Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Hospital and has participated in several dental mission trips to Jamaica and Honduras.

Although she is already highly accomplished, Dr. Ali strives to remain current with the latest dental technologies and treatments by participating with various prestigious institutions, such as the American Dental Association and the Pankey Institute, among others.

Outside of our office near Lake Hefner, Dr. Ali is passionate about sports and enjoys watching them in person and on TV. She and her husband married in 2023 and in September 2025, they proudly welcomed their first daughter into their family.
